BAGS

SOCO now offers 3 types of handbags designed for everyday life: work (the 8:30 a.m.), everyday (the 6:00 p.m.) and casual evening (the 12:10 a.m.). The bags are handmade, favoring quality and exception thanks to Italian leather and Portuguese artisanal know-how. All products are designed in Paris and are 100% European.

ACCESSORIES

In 2024, SOCO is launching a collection of “bag accessories” which will allow everyone to personalize their bag.

CUSTOMIZATION

You can personalize your bags from 20 euros.

To do this, go to the page of the desired product and
choose the personalization option when purchasing.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

If the product is in stock, you will receive your bag within 2 to 4 days. In case you place an order on the weekend, it will be sent to you the following Monday and in the event of a public holiday, the following working day .

Since our embroidery is artisanal, some of our items are made on pre-order and delivery then takes place between 2 weeks and 2 months once the pre-order objective is reached.

You can track your order with your email address and tracking number or on your customer account.

PLACING AN ORDER

It is possible to pay by: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Apple Pay.

With each payment, you will be able to plant a tree with One Tree Planted.

Following your order, your account will be debited within
24/48 hours.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and destination of the package according to the Colissimo, Chronopost and Mondial Relay scales.

Return is always possible within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. To make a return, please contact us at contact@soco.fr with your order number. SOCO will provide the customer with a prepaid shipping label by email so that the products can be returned free of charge.
The prepaid label must be stuck on the return package so that the Customer can drop it off at a post office or relay point. The product must be returned to us in its packaging with the protective bag, the product labels and put the handles and shoulder straps back inside the bag. It must not have been worn, washed or damaged.

It is possible to create a customer account

It is not obligatory for you to create a customer account when ordering. The latter will allow you to find your history, edit your personal information and track your packages.

NEWSLETTER

You will be able to subscribe to a Newsletter. You will receive it once a month and it will allow you to know about our new products, our events and our new collaborations.

You will be able to unsubscribe at any time.
