SOCO maintains a close relationship with the customers of its centers and is now creating a Personal Data Protection Charter. This charter applies in particular to the website http://www.soco.fr

2.1 On what occasions do we collect your personal data?

Your personal data may be collected in the context of:

‐ Your membership in our loyalty programs;

Exclusion of special categories of personal data
In accordance with the law, we do not collect any data that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, genetic personal data, biometric personal data for the purposes of identifying an individual uniquely physical, personal data concerning health or personal data concerning the sex life or sexual orientation of a natural person.


2.3 How do we use your data?

We use your data in accordance with the conditions of this Charter with a constant concern for transparency and security.

Use case :

‐ When you apply for a job, the information you provide when submitting your CV will be transmitted to SOCO's Human Resources department and stored in our database so that we can call you if a position becomes available.

- When you have consented, following clear, apparent and precise information concerning the processing carried out, for one or more specific purposes either by means of a written declaration, including by electronic means, or due to an absence of opposition either to an oral declaration;

‐ When they are necessary for the execution of a sales contract, general conditions of sale or use or for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request;

‐ For compliance with SOCO’s legal or regulatory obligations;

‐ When the legitimate interests of SOCO or recipients may be such as to justify processing by SOCO of your personal data (example: insurance, etc.);

These processing operations are implemented taking into account your interests and your rights as a client and/or candidate. As such, they are accompanied by measures intended to ensure the protection of your interests and your rights;

2.5 What analyzes do we carry out on your data?


SOCO and its subcontractors may carry out analyzes of the data collected for marketing purposes.

This data is then transformed into detailed anonymous profiles before any use with the aim of:

Respecting your right to the protection, security and confidentiality of your data is a priority for us.

SOCO undertakes to implement security measures adapted to the degree of sensitivity of personal data to protect them against any malicious intrusion, loss, alteration or disclosure to unauthorized third parties.

When developing, designing, selecting and using our services which rely on the processing of personal data, SOCO takes into account the right to protection of personal data from the design stage.

As such, for example, we anonymize personal data whenever necessary.

All personal data being confidential, their access is limited to SOCO employees and, where applicable, to our subcontractors and service providers acting on behalf of SOCO, who need it in the context of the execution of their missions.

All persons with access to your data are bound by a duty of confidentiality and are subject to disciplinary measures and/or other sanctions if they do not respect these obligations. Transactions with a third party recipient are subject to a contract to ensure the protection of your personal data and respect for your rights.
